Great location and would normally be okay
Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

Although the staff was nice, the hotel was in very bad conditions. The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. Was very very nice as was the pool. The restaurant was beautiful. The chef is amazing some of the best food I’ve tasted anywhere in the world.. great service everyone friendly.. check-in was a breeze It was a very laid-back feeling…. We loved it.

Great concept but not complete yet - Still building at the site - Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely
