"The hotel is in a quiet area near the common. It has funky decor. The staff are very friendly. The shared washing facilities are kept very clean and well stocked and the hotel provides a bag with robe,slippers,towels and toiletries per guest. There is a good place across the road for breakfast called Billy's which we used most days. The bar in the hotel is ok for a drink. Only criticism is that the decor and furniture in the room eg. Chair needs updating and although the room is generally clean, there was a previous room user's scrunchie by the bed. It's a comfortable base but not luxurious. All in all, a reasonable place to stay in Boston which is a very friendly city."

"Very big hotel with variety of eating establishments. Early check-in was appreciated. Rooms a very good size. Good place to stay if attending Convention Centre. Hop on hop off bus stops right outside hotel which is handy."

"The staff at the Sheridan Hotel in Boston was very accommodating and helpful, especially when we arrived and needed to switch rooms to better accommodate our family. We ultimately upgraded to one of the hotel’s top suites, which understandably came at an additional cost. The suite itself was beautiful, located on the top floor with an amazing view, and included a separate dining area, sitting room, and bedroom, which made for a very enjoyable stay overall. One thing we did not realize at the time of the upgrade was that the suite was an ADA-compliant room. It’s great that the hotel offers these accessible accommodations, but for our personal preference, we would have preferred a standard room setup with either a traditional tub or walk-in shower. The room also had a much lower bed that was quite firm and uncomfortable for us. Overall, the staff was excellent and the suite and views were impressive, but I would recommend confirming the room configuration in advance when upgrading."
