"家族旅行で利用しました。食事の提供が無しとの事でしたが、バーベキューの利用スペース・用具の有料貸し出しが施設の外にあるとの事で、チェックイン前に材料を買い出しし、ほぼ貸し切りで利用できました。チェックイン前にバーベキューを利用できますが、終了時間があり効率よく使わないとタイムオーバーになるかもしれません。（我が家は2時間借りてなんとか間に合いました。）ヨットハーバー隣接ということで、景色は最高、施設全体・部屋・設備もモノトーン基調で全ておしゃれにまとまっており、30mほどの位置にあるプールも無料で使え、静かに自然と共にリラックスしたい方にはピッタリかと思います。何分伊勢市からは少し離れているのでそこに抵抗が無ければ大変良い施設だと感じました。星5つレベルでしたが、施設の関連設備の利用に関してやチェックインに関しての情報が少なかったので、そこのQ&Aなどが充実する事を期待して星4つにさせて頂きました。大変満足な宿泊でした。また家族で利用したいと考えております。"

"Great location and service. Cleaning the room everyday was nice. I really enjoyed the library cafe."

"Overall was good. The only thing is that we expect this room would fit our family of 4 (as that is what we booked). Unfortunately it only came with 2 single futon (with 1 pillow each) which really only fit 2 people. We had to pay extra to get an extra futon. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the location was good (really right by the train station but remember to leave at the JR exit). We also enjoyed the public bath where we get to soak in the hot bath."

"I had an amazing stay here and truly can’t thank the staff enough for how kind and helpful they were during my trip to Shima. The hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was also wonderful — very clean, peaceful, and private, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Saito and the rest of the staff went completely above and beyond for me. They even drove me where I needed to go the next day when they absolutely did not have to, which I was incredibly grateful for. When I returned looking for my lost AirPod, they didn’t just point me in a direction — they actively helped me search my room and even looked throughout the hotel with me. That level of care and hospitality is something you don’t forget. Everyone here was so welcoming and genuine, and they made my stay feel special from beginning to end. If I ever come back to Shima, I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
