The toilet in our room did not work when we arrived. We had to put our plumbing skills to work and get it pumping and moving water. The pool was over chlorinated to the point where the kids were getting rashes, eyes were burning and they were coughing so badly they could only swim in 30 minute intervals. ...

Great hotel - staff was friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with TV and was quickly upgraded to another room. Room was tidy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast - lots of options and good amount of seating.
