We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Our team send the check-in instruction on the morning of the arrival. And the code should be active by 4pm which is the check-in time. I apologize for the inconvenience if you were not able to reach us but our Contact Center is open every day including Holidays and Sundays from 8am to 8pm. You can even reach us via the platform you booked from as well as through direct email/ You can also send a text message. Except for calls our people will be able to respond to to texts, messages and emails 24/7.
