The front desk service was lacking. Lack of attention, poor customer service. For this hotel being in Florida there is no ice machine on the floors and one must go down to the bar to retrieve ice making it very awkward, cumbersome and inconvenient. They are supposed to offer hotel shuttle service to the airport yet their shuttle service doesn’t begin before 7 AM which is also inconvenient if you have an early morning flight. This hotel could do better.

This a was a great hotel, the room was spacious and well furnished. The staff was well trained and real friendly. I loved the experience. The drawback was the parking which is only Valet only $25.00 per day, no options, so it made this trip inconvenient and costly especially since that part was unknown until I arrived. The other drawback was the location which was off of the beaten path in a industrial area.

This property was gross!! On every single surface we had spider mites crawling around! I couldn't even sleep i was so creeped out! The bed was wore down to where i could feel the base under me. Excellent suite, kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, spacious, value for the money, good complimentary breakfast, only downside is check in is at 4 pm, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday’s start at 7:30 am. Check in could have been at 3 pm like most hotels in the area and breakfast if they could start at 6:30 am for people who will have early morning flights. Other than this everything else is great.
