This loft was absolutely perfect and so comfortable. It truly felt like I was home. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need in an apartment inclusing a washer/dryer. It was quiet and safe, with plenty of parking. The customers service was unparalleled. Roami's texted me and checked on me from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I will be staying there again every month when i visit Miami. I highly recommend Roami.

The rooms were adequate but there were no towel bars in bathroom or hooks anywhere and no hangers in on bedroom so nowhere to hang anything. Condo was nice but could use some pictures on walls - very minimalistic. We didn’t use kitchen so can’t comment on that.

Clean!!! Everything was perfect. Communication was elite. Only things missing was frying pans, body wash and shampoo. The toilet was running. Definitely need to get repaired. Those are all minimal needs that can be corrected. I'll definitely be back to stay there.
