The location is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and the Bay. The building has 24/7 attendant, free parking and good security with fobs. The layout of the apartment is spacious, with some great views of the City and a peak at the Bay, and it is great to have a washer/dryer right in the apartment, and the fridge/freezer is amazing. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. There is a nice TV in the LR, and Roko channels. This particular apartment could use some TLC. If you plan to use the kitchen in this apt, plan to buy some disposables. Except for service for 4 and some pots, there were no pans or casserole dishes. There were no mops, vacuum or dust pan to keep things tidy. The washer/dryer is dated and harsh on clothes. The veneer on the cabinets/drawers was peeling in places, and there was mold on the grout in the shower. A touch up of the paint in the BR and the bedroom ceiling would also make a difference in this review.

Worst experience

When I tried to check in with a confirmed reservation from Hotel.com, I was told there was no reservation d when we tried to call Pelican the person had no reservation or could help up. This is the worst experience si hVe gad on Hotels.com. This vendor should not be part of your network.

ONE BROADWAY APT 3407

The wear and tear of the unit as visible. The bathtub had mold and was missing tiles and a a soap holder. No dishwashing utensils were provided. Some cabinets had their wood veneer coming off. Kitchen poorly equipped for a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel staff

Clara the staff lady is a wonderfull person, very nice and she love her job:) she was very friendly and focus about what she doing she had answer to all my questions?? Definitely I recommend this hotel for you family vacations:)

Unos de los mejores lugares para quedarse en Miami en el area de Brickel, cerca de todo, mucho bares y restaurantes, area tranquila, el apartamento es grande , me he quedado muchas veces en este aparta hotel, lo único malo de este que me toco fue que no tenia sistema de cable, había un roku instalado pero por todo lo demás perfecto como siempre.

Not Recommended

The management rarely replies to any emails unless you owe them money and I had to call in at least five times to resolve some issues. It seems that their management is located in LA instead of Miami. Be aware that you need to provide your check-in time before you arrive, otherwise the management will kind of get mad at you. Even if you provide your check-in info via email, it does not get forwarded to the key handler in time! Avoid this place if you are afraid of any trip delays! After finally getting my keys, I realized that the coffee pot in the suite is broken and I reported this both over the phone and via email and I did not get a promised replacement during my entire stay. There are also body hair and stains on pillow, bed sheets and bath towels, even on the replacement ones from the closet.

Well located in a lovely neighbourhood

Excellent space in this apartment. Good facilities in terms of the gym and swimming pool. Very well located just round the corner from the metro mover station. Good to have free wifi. Nice to have a tv. The only thing I would say is that it would have benefited from a little attention to detail in the room itself. It could have had a few more plates and kitchen accessories. And the walls had been painted and a few splashes of paint were on the sofa and towel rails. But small inconsequential details that absolutely didn't detract from a great stay

Met our Expectations

This Homestay has met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities and bed comfort. Swimming Pool is very neat and also the SPA tub. Our kids enjoyed playing in it. Parking allowances could be revisited as they allow only 1 parking lot for a 3 bedroom house and charge 20$ per night per extra vehicle. Kitchen utensils are not much. so better be prepared to have your own skillets or pans.Publix supermarket is easily accessible by walk. Also, beaches are nearby. Overall a good location to stay.
