⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay with an Incredible View! I had a wonderful experience at this property! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The view was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the trip! The Wi-Fi worked great, and everything about the property made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable getaway! ❤️

We stay at this resort every Sept. The apartments with partial ocean view over the pool is the best because you also have a great view of the city. The pool is wonderful; I float around in it for hours; the beach is just as nice. There's a 7/11 right across the street and a Publix about a 10 min walk. *One thing that was very bothersome (completely separate from the resort in my mind) The coffee bar and restaurant/outside bar tack on a 20% gratuity. Where I live bills usually have the gratuity circled, just so it stands out a little, not everyone looks at the bill. My boyfriend bought me a drink that cost 21$ which ended up being like 25, on top of that he left a 7$ tip! (even 4$ to pour a drink is a little much) The bartender looked at the slip, took it and didn't even acknowledge him before turning around to close it out, did it probably 3 more times, we didn't realize it until my daughter dinned at the restaurant and caught it on the bill, she almost added an additional 40$ to a bill that already had a 30$ tip included. As good tippers it was pretty disappointing, literally tipping on a tip. Besides that, again, the place is great!

Location, view, and room plans are excellent. But, the property needs more maintenance work: plumbing (a toilet has problem with flashing), towel holder is broken in a restroom. Front desk may want to be more friendly- sometimes they just keep talking and ignoring customers. Parking team is great.

Excelente ubicación, buena atención. La habitación requiere mejor limpieza y reposición de toallas y papel higiénico. El baño compartido tenía mal olor y las alfombras se sentían sucias. A primera vista, todo bien, solo esos detalles.

En general bastante buena y comoda. Todo de acuerdo a la descripción. Sin embargo, habian 3 televisores y solo 1 control remoto y los telefonos no funcionaban. En recepcion no me ayudaron en nada y estos problemas nunca fueron solucionados

The property is huge and in a very good location just a few minutes walk to Hallandale beach . The apartments are spacious and well appointed and the reception does a pretty good job of checking in and out smoothly . The good - The property has a great pool side with a fantastic restaurant and bar service on the nineth floor . On the very sunny days it is a crowd puller and if you are late to secure a spot it is next to impossible to get one . You can walk to the good spots on the beach front as well as various shopping areas . There are lots of dining options nearby . The not so good - One lift was broken and so the remaining ones seemed to be strained by the sheer volume of people . It was not strange to wait for 10-15 minutes for a lift which is rather frustrating . There is no seperation between service lifts and the lifts for residents so there are times you are in a lift full of trolleys or maintenance equipment . I thought a dedicated service lift would have been ideal even though one of the lifts was kitted out for this . The balcony seats in our apartment were torn and therefore rendered it unusable . There signs of wear and tear in the property and the common areas don't seem to be cleaned regularly like the corridors in the upper floors. I feel like the property could do a better job on the cleanliness part. The property was good enough to give a new kettle and a toaster when we could not get the existing one to work . Overall we had a good time at the property .
