The room was clean and comfortable. I had a great view of the water. It rained a lot during my stay so I did not get a chance to see the pool. Overall it was pretty nice stay and I would stay again.

The apartment was great!!! It does have a couple things needed to be clarified like the valet parking and that there is multiple elevators to take. Any concern we had was taken care of promptly by the host and it’s a great location to everything!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The place looks like it has seen better days. It now needs a deep clean and maintenance. The bathroom was definitely dirty, and I had to clean it myself. Management clearly doesn't check the cleaning work; in my opinion, it’s not worth the price, even though the location is good.

Ótima estadia!

Ótima localização! Por ter estacionamento incluido na diária facilita e ameniza o valor que não é tão barato para nós brasileiros!Ficaria novamente neste local.

The apartment was PERFECT! Amazing view on Miami from the balcony – you wake up to a beautiful view on the ocean and get to watch the sunrise. The apartment is huge, clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. Bed is really comfortable. Neighborhood is very safe, location couldn't be more in the city center. The pool and the gym are excellent. I couldn't imagine staying in any other place in Miami.

Nice, spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. All appliances needed available. Nice, quiet pool across the building. The furniture in the balcony needs an upgrade. Apartment close to the Financial District free transport - metromover. The TV in the living room was not working and when reported it we were told to alternatively connect our laptop if we had one or use the TV in the bedroom.

Everything was fine besides the two TVs not working, and some stains on some curtains, and in the kitchen some of the appliances.

Kitchen had few things to cook well equipped. Great location. Host was very responsive however the result of our conversation was ignored. We ran out of bathroom tissue on our 2nd last day and the host said housekeeping will drop it off. We had left the house and expected that housekeeping will have it for us but when we came back in the evening, nobody had dropped it off. We had to buy it unfortunately. The whole place was clean and as expected as it was advertised. Bathroom shower faucet could be replaced as it barely had pressure.

Someone open the door and left it open when I was not in the property. Perhaps the cleaning crew. No cameras onsite

Excellent

Amazing location in a beautiful building. The included parking on site is an excellent benefit for those who wish to explore the surrounding area without having to worry about very expensive parking rates in the Miami area. The apartment is well appointed with a comfortable bed and all amenities anyone would need (kitchen, dining, washing facilities, etc). The only negative point I would have is that the shower could be somewhat improved to increase the water pressure as it was quite low. However, the shower works perfectly as required and the bathroom is excellent. Would highly recommend this location to any traveller seeking a great location and excellent apartment.
