「Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. 「The view made our stay here so worth it. Quiet, peaceful, and amazing. We only got a peek of the sunrises (the weather was quite foggy) but even then it was magnificent. Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout. 「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」
