Odebranie kluczy i obsługa bardzo dobra. Jednak były problemy ze znalezieniem parkingu na samochód. Po paru próbach został znaleziony. Pokój bardzo prosto urządzony. Problem z czystością. Nie do końca dobrze posprzątany. Sklep w kompleksie bardzo ubogi. Mało produktów. Lepiej zaopatrzony jest w kompleksie Marilleva 1400. Dojazd samochodem lub wyprawa piesza (odradzam). Z hotelu po założeniu nart można zjechać trasą (po jednej stronie hotelu - czarna trasu lub drugą stroną - trasa niebieska) do wyciągu. Tak samo można z trasy wjechać pod sam hotel.

Non molto soddisfacente

Il personale per il check in e check out ok! L'appartamento davvero squallido. L'odore pessimo, forse veniva dagli scarichi del bagno. Bagno cieco senza aspiratore quindi odori e umidità.. Panorama spettacolare.. Ma non c'è nulla, caffetterie bar o ristoranti devi spostarti in macchina altrimenti una desolazione.. Noi abbiamo soggiornato x il capodanno, immagino che fuori festività sia davvero un mortorio.. Per quanto che abbiamo speso non vale la pena..

Innanzitutto il residence doveva distare 7.5 km da Madonna di Campiglio (così era indicato su Expedia), mentre all'arrivo ci siamo resi conto di essere a ben 35 km dal suddetto punto di interesse!! E questa è stata la prima amara sorpresa, la prima di una lunga serie!! Ormai troppo tardi per cambiare non restava che adattarsi e, una volta entrati, ecco presentarcisi la seconda amara sorpresa: struttura VETUSTA, MALTENUTA, FATISCENTE, un vero e proprio 'ecomostro' di 18 piani in stile Vele di Scampia, con colate di umidità in ogni angolo -all'interno come all'esterno- forte odore di stantio nei corridoi e nella stanza, che sarà stata grande non più di un garage.. La polvere sollevatasi non appena abbiamo smosso le trapunte ha reso l'aria irrespirabile, le posate e le stoviglie del cucinotto erano sporche, le prese di corrente staccate dal muro ed il bagno privo di impianto di aspirazione.. Potete immaginare!!! Senza contare che, nel momento in cui si apriva la doccia, puntualmente si allagava!! Ciliegina sulla torta, la mattina successiva all'arrivo mi sono trovato la MACCHINA (nel parcheggio) completamente SFREGIATA, con graffi profondi in ogni parte di carrozzeria!! L'assenza di telecamere ha, chiaramente, precluso la possibilità di individuare i responsabili, e meno male che sono assicurato!!! Potrei aggiungere altro ma mi fermo qui, sperando di aver reso -almeno in parte- l'idea!! Esperienza a dir poco orribile, statene alla larga!!!

Keine Ruhe,erste zwei Tage bis 2.30 Uhr Ramba Zamba, besofene Pole und Engländer Jeder Tag um 7.45 Uhr kommt ein Bus um die leute abzuholen,der Fahrer macht laut Autoradio so, dass schlafen nicht möglich war.Die Wände sind so dünn das man alles mitbekommt.Zwei Tage um 16.00 Uhr ist ein Silotanker gekomen und eine stunde vor dem Fenster gepumpt. Keine möglichkeit Brätchen zukaufen, Eine Katastrope Kein Wunder dass ich Keine Deutsche gesehen habe

Residence Sole Alto offers really worn out apartments in a worn out building. Great skiing infrastructure balances the weaknesses of accommodation. The two floor apartment offered under average space and furniture (especially beds) that should have been replaced years ago. Grocery store seemed to be long closed now, so if you need to buy anything you have to go by car to Marilleva 1400 or Marilleva 900. If you aim at skiing (and most likely you do) Residence Sole Alto is a good place to stay. Otherwise look for something else.

To w zasadzie nie jest hotel tylko zespół apartamentów stąd takie oceny obsługi hotelowej. Stan hotelu adekwatny do ceny ale na 6 dniowe narty wystarczający. Wielką zaletą jest położenie hotelu bezpośrednio przy trasach narciarskich.

Non ripetere esperienza!

Promesse due camere matrimoniali...ma in realtà solo una....poi letti in soggiorno al posto del divano.....non esistevano armadi nell'area soggiorno (lucchetti ovunque)quindi una settimana con la valigia al posto del mobiletto che avrebbe dovuto essere il porta TV....(una mi ar 14")spazzi millimetrici per muoversi.....(premetto avevamo preso un appartamento per 6 persone....)lati positivi: discreta pulizia, possibilità di regolare riscaldamento, ed ottima vicinanza piste da sci.....negativi?? Oltre a quello che ho già detto?? Sicuramente la lontananza dai servizi che offre "Marilleva1400" la strada mal tenuta in caso di neve (difficoltà anche con le catene da neve)con promessa di navetta che in realtà faceva orari ridottissimi e non era disponibile al di fuori degli stessi....per andare in farmacia al supermercato o in qualsiasi negozio.... Dimenticavo di descrivere il market presente nella struttura.,.,oltre la metà degli scaffali vuoti....pane da non poter mangiare da quanto duro e che prezzi !!!

Attenzione Diffidare !!!

Il sito presentava le caratteristiche ed i servizi dell'hotel sole alto ma poi mi sono trovato la prenotazione presso una agenzia immobiliare (ag. Montana di Marilleva 900) che gestisce l'affitto di appartamenti. Morale: NON ho potuto usare i servizi dell'albergo, tra i quali il piu' importante la navetta per gli impianti. Abbiamo dovuto fare 2 km a piedi in salita con scarponi da sci e sci in spalla (2 adulti ed una bambina). All'agenzia Montana hanno detto che e' stato il gestore del sito a sbagliare. Dicono essere Expedia anche se io non l'ho mai visto comparire. Adesso andro' a fondo.

Недорогой отель советского типа в отличном месте

Огромный отель - в совокупности более 1000 номеров, что для зимнего европейского отеля очень странно. Ездили на новый год в верхнюю часть под названием Residence Sole Alto. В сауну, расположенную ниже по склону - более 2х километров по горе даже не дошли, хоть и бесплатно. Номера чистые и уютные в стиле 80-х годов. Хороший "совок". В номере очень- очень тепло. Расположение отеля на горе отличное. Регион катания совмещен с зоной мадонны и он просто шикарен.
