I spent a week at Zocalo Central and it was great. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I really liked the 24hour cafe in the lobby and the breakfast every morning.

Me encantó el diseño, limpieza, y su esencia. El excelente servicio que recibos de Antonio. Siempre asegurándose que estuviéramos bien y contentos. También nos gustó el restaurante El Balcón del Zócalo . Muy conveniente y comida deliciosa. Sebastian siempre dándonos excelente servicio.

From the moment we checked in we felt at piece. We were given wet towels to clean our hands then offered water and a shot of tequila or mezcal. Having a cafe that was open 24 hours was a plus. We grabbed coffee and pastries in the am. At night we enjoyed some popsicles and fruit frappe. Mango passion fruit was my favorite . The beds were comfy and the nice touch was the mini fridge stocked with sodas. They provided chocolate almonds and other candies that weee really good. The bathroom was cute and provided travel size mouthwash, toothpaste and other items. Will def stay here again

Great hotel. Nicely furnished rooms and great staff. I appreciate the 24 hour service of coffee and some light meals. Great breakfast. However the rooftop restaurant was a bit disappointing. Unless you are into overpriced insubstantial nouvelle cuisine, avoid this place.

Great hotel. Clean areas and very close to all shops. The cafeteria is open 24 hours so if you need a little snack, you know where to go. The upstairs restaurant has a breakfast buffet, it was delicious. The concierge staff was on point with my needs, and the front desk was very helpful with my check-out needs. Customer service overall was great. I will return with my family very soon.

This hotel is a hidden gem in historic Mexico City. Excellent service, great food and an amazing view of the zocalo roof top view. The hotel is centralized within walking distance of museums and historical restaurants and architecture, metro, buses and taxis. Also great access to the hop on hop off buses. This is a wonderful hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling to Mexico City! The location is prime; right in the heart of the Historic Center, and steps from the cathedral. We absolutely loved the delicious breakfast each morning on the open air rooftop overlooking the cathedral where you could hear the bells chime. There are many delicious options on the breakfast buffet plus you can order off the menu as well and get fresh lattes, cappuccinos and juice. The hotel also has a 24 hour café with light snacks and beer, all complementary. So convenient after a day of sightseeing to sit down and enjoy. We even took advantage of the complementary downtown walking tour; we learned a ton. Our room was very comfortable with a wardrobe, great bed, and nicely equipped bathroom. The service is excellent at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Mexico City.
