Lo positivo es que está céntrico, y tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca, asi como la catedral y la plancha del zócalo. Para el tipo de instalaciones no es tan económico, me he quedado en otros hoteles igual de céntricos, más económicos y con mejores instalaciones, el lugar se ve viejo y el mobiliario también, en la primer habitación que nos tocó no estaba del todo limpia, el colchón estaba viejo y las sábanas muy desgastadas y olían a sudor, había bolas de cabello en el lavabo y el piso, en la regadera solo salía agua caliente y si querías regular la temperatura con agua fría dejaba de salir el agua por completo, en el lavabo igual no salía el agua, en la segunda habitación a la que nos cambiaron estaba mejor, pero igual la limpieza no era la mejor. El persona es atento y amable, por ese lado no hay queja. Si tienes alguna limitante física no es el lugar correcto ya que tiene muchas escaleras, pero puedes pedir que te den una habitación en el primer piso, no se si sean más costosas pero al menos puedes hacer el intento. Nosotros pedimos habitación privada.

Pésimo servicio; no había agua y la poca que pudo salir estaba demasiado fría; la gente muy mal educada sobre todo el encargado que quería que hiciera un pago doble. No respetan las reglas que ellos tienen establecidas; la gente está tomando y fumando hasta las 5 am. Los colchones pésimos se salen los resortes y súper sucios, los lockers
