Ritz Carlton Mexico City needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service. The service is not to part what you think when you think of Ritz Carlton. Staff, especially at the restaurant there is no attentiveness, I had to ask for things multiple times, I poured wine for myself and others who were accompanying me. Rooms were not cleaned properly, one night stand charging portal was not working, couldn’t charge my phone, some wooden hangers were broken, and when you lay down in a nice tub to relax, you can see ugly plastic pipes. Some of the days got water took 10 min to come out!!!! Oh and when I checked in, they asked me if I would like to put a credit card or pay when checked out, I said when checked out. However the minute I touched the mini bar, I get letter and phone calls to immediately see front desk and take care of those charges, so why even offer options to put card on file or pay at the check out. Just over all, I would not come back…. Only thing it has is the amazing view of the park.
