The hotel overall is very charming and the staff extremely nice. The included breakfast was pretty good.
The room didn’t exactly have blackout curtains as advertised, but it was still a very good and recommendable stay in the heart of Mexico City!
Friendly, supportive staff members.
The place has a very unique decoration, as well as a rooftop with an impressive view of the city. It’s a quiet and relaxing place to rest but also to enjoy with family and friends.
The only problem was the phone number to Contact the hotel. The check in was at 3 am, I wan to let they know, unable to contact, finally everything was good.
I didn't like that when I booked I wasn't told that I was going to share a room. It was hostel type. They should be specific. I don't like hostels. If I had known this I would not book this place and those rooms are not worth the cost
