We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Great location very close to the Zocalo, safe neighborhood, close to essential stores (e.g., 7-11, Oxxo), price, shower, restaurant on-site with good food. The not-so-good: tiny room, zero view, uncomfortable bed. I would potentially stay there again for a night or two, but not longer. I'd probably spend a bit extra for a better place, actually.

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Victoria was very nice. The room was clean and well mantained. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. I traveled with my daughter and we always felt safe here. They hold your luggage for free if your flight arrives early or leaves late. Would definitely stay here again.
