The hotel is nice and in good condition. Everything worked fine in my room. The staff was respectful and friendly. We did not try the restaurant. The location is good: walking distance to restaurants, Reforma Avenue, and some touristic places. The parking lot is small and the parking spaces are narrow but you may not need a car as there are several options of public transportation.

Affordable hotel for solo travellers on a small budget! The room is cleaned everyday with new towels and bedsheets which makes it a comfortable stay throughout. Everything you need nearby. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests or questions.

Very nice hotel for the price. Very accessible by bus or metro. Super clean. Only thing is that it doesn't have heating and in winter is too cold!!! Nice and comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Super safe area. Overall it is excellent. Totally recommended.

Very clean, centric place, could walk to the Angel of Independence and Chapultepec Park. The room didn't have air conditioning only a fan, but the weather was cold, so I didn't need it, but be aware of this if you are booking in summer.

The area where the hotel was located was very convenient considering the hotel hospitality itself was horrible! We were charged a fee before leaving and did not receive an explanation as to why and told to ask expedia about additional charges. The trip itself was wonderful thanks to outsiders who helped, but I do not recommend Manalba Hotel!

I wouldn't stay again because the double double room was very small, even for CDMX. Also, there was no heat at all. None. Normally you don't need heat, but in December-January, temperatures can be chilly.
