Hello, I'd like to express my concern regarding my stay at Hotel MX mas reforma CDMX. My wife and I checked-in to the hotel late Saturday night after a long flight and were surprised that the room did not have clean towels or sheets. Both items had stain marks on them and we were unable to shower before going to bed. We also were uncomfortable sleeping in a bed with stained sheets. We were not able to address this with the hotel due to how late it was at night. In addition, the room had a constant leak under the sink that was not fixed while we were there. Finally, the hotel did not have adequate temperature control system and it was very cold at night making it hard to sleep. I took pictures of all these items and I can submit to expedia.

Initially the hotel had us marked down for a 3 night stay instead of the 4 we booked. The room at first glance was nice and spacious but lacking in some basic amenities. However the main problem for us was noise. We stayed in room 406. This room backs on to a nightclub which runs until 4am. Additionally, we were next to the breakfast room which they begin setting up around 6am. So between the booming music and clanging of plates etc you have a two hour window to get some reasonable sleep. Also, breakfast offering was fairly basic. You are better of trying some of the local cafes. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Habitación muy cómoda y limpia!. Buena ubicación súper cerca del Ángel de la independencia, pese a la cercanía con la zona rosa, no hay problemas con el ruido.

El check in fue muy tardado, estaba una persona en entrenamiento con la cual no tengo nada en contra, al contrario, sin embargo creo que debería haber alguien supervisando junto con la nueva persona, esperamos como 10 minutos o más hasta que llegó quien para darnos razón. La habitación que nos asignaron era un cubo, 4 paredes nada más. Todo lo demás como siempre impecable limpieza, atención.
