Wellll, I didn't know it from the pics or description on Expedia (I figured the "Adults Only" just meant no kids), but believe me when I tell you, it's 100% a s*x hotel. With that being said, it was very clean, and I decided to stay anyway. Easily worth the money, and besides, you get some extra noises at night to fall asleep to 😂

The hotel was really clean and easy to find . Staff was always available and helpful . The rooms echo a bit but are relatively quiet . The hot water didn’t always work but when it did it was nice and hot . Great stay for a great price ! There was always food available within a block of the property . Felt really safe to walk around the neighborhood as well .

It is a couples retreat spot. Not a place to take your family. Discreet and clean enough. Kinda fun if your into things like mirrors on the ceiling. The staff is kinda rude and the area surrounding is decent enough to walk around in after dark, But it's not snazzy or luxurious in any way..

Opportunity for improvement

Was dark and dingy, shower door didn't close right and leaks all over bathroom. The sheets and comforter desperately need an upgrade. The overnight front desk person was upset because i took my room key with me. This was not explained to me when I first got there and no one asked me for it before I left. I should not feel reprimanded rehearsing something I was not informed about. It was a economical priced hotel and you get what you pay for. Not disappointed but there is definitely some opportunity for improvement to get the room yo match the price. I felt like it was a priced higher than it was worth.
