Costo de habitación alto en función a la oferta

Una estancia que para nada me dejó satisfecho, considerando el costo de la habitación. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, problemas con la regadera, tardaron mucho en hacer el aseo del cuarto, solo me dejaron agua embotellada y jabón 1 día, y nunca logré conectarme a internet. Otro punto es que la chapa de la puerta de la habitación es muy sencilla y la seguridad es mínima. Ojalá y mejoren los detalles, porque los jardines son muy lindos y los espacios abiertos disfrutables, pero en las habitaciones necesitan mejorar demasiado.

Fallas en la conexión wifi y TV pero muy tranquilo

No tuve conexión de TC¿V ni de internet porque las chicas de administración negaron que sus contraseñas estaban mal. Sólo me dieron opción de trabajar en un salón muy solo y oscuro. Afortunadamente los chicos del restaurante se portaron 100 veces más amables que las dos chicas de administración y me compartieron las contraseñas correctas. Fuera de eso el lugar está muy tranquilo y limpio, la comida muy rica también.

Bueno para su función basica.

Buena, pero si les falta mas atención al cliente, yo avise que llegaría noche y la verdad la persona que me abrió me hizo entrar pero mientras mi camioneta y mi acompañante esperaron afuera, no se me hizo correcto. tambien deben checar porque en la aplicación según incluía el desayuno y no fue cierto. fuera de eso para lo que lo use que solo fue dormir esta bien sin llegar a excelente.

No es el hotel que ponen en las fotografías y mucho menos los cuartos. No tenían la reservación. Pague, conocí el cuarto y me salí, no me hospede por la porquería de hotel que es.

Cuartos demasiado apretados e incomodos

Son muy diferentes las fotos a la realidad, reserve un cuarto para dos personas con cama king, el cuarto es extremadamente apretado , solamente en el cuarto cabe la cama y un mini pasillo,la cama se le sienten todos los resortes y amaneces todo torcido, el baño es muy chiquito y no es comodo. las puertas son muy delgadas y se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. el lugar esta muy padre con muchas areas verdes.
