The staff and room were great. The area was in a good area and a lot of the more popular places were close to the hotel. The only thing that was not good was the food. The food had no flavor and was cold. The coffee and toast were good. That’s about it. Would recommend to stay but not the food.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. The bar and restaurant excelent. Great location. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Is near a poloce station so you hear the sirens all night long, not very loud, but if you have a very soft sleep you will need ear pligs or soft "white noise music" that is what I did and it worked!

This hotel has the perfect location! It’s right next to La Zona Rosa so there are tons of nightlife and dining options. It’s also centrally located so that you can easily take an Uber anywhere that you want to get to.

My slice of heaven

We were in Mexico City for a second time on our way home. We had an excellent stay with super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and a beautiful view from our room on the 19th floor and so comfortable beds. Pool area was wonderful and gorgeous views of the city from there also. We loved the Zona Rosa area and was close to so much delicious food and activities.

This hotel is an excellent option for a visit to CDMX. The staff are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. The location is perfect, close to the metro, Reforma and walkable to parks, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the serving staff are great. This will be my go to hotel when visiting CDMX in the future.

Cleaning staffs were friendly and well worked. Just one thing I want to ask them is that please knock the door upon entering the room. The room was clean. If the air conditioner could adjust the temperature, and if there was a refrigerator, it would be match better for me.
