Well located in Roma Norte, Was very easy to find, Having late checkin was a real relief, room was small as expected but spotless clean. Would stay again and at the price it was a no brainer
The rooms are ok, a good value for your money considering that is not expensive. The only issue is that the internet is terrible, even with not so demanding tasks is really slow.
My month long stay was amazing. The staff made sure I was taken care of, the room was above and beyond standards, and the location was great. Will definitely be coming back when I visit!

Had an okay stay
Booked the most expensive room type, but when I arrived, I found that it wasn't what I was expecting. The photos make the rooms look much bigger than they really are + misrepresent what's included in them.
Initially, they wanted to give me a room without a desk which is one of the main reasons I booked the most expensive room. So they moved me to a smaller room that had a desk.
The walls are super thin so you hear everything happening in the hallways and building, unless you can move to a room facing the street which is far enough away from everyone else to not be as loud. I was able to be moved to one such room after a few days in the smaller room.
From the outside, the building looks in disrepair because they haven't put any signage up. I thought I arrived at the wrong address when I got there in fact. Inside, it's relatively clean and decent looking.
The kitchen is tiny so don't expect to cook much. The bathrooms are kinda spread out and there aren't enough toilets for everyone staying there.
If you want the best room, ask for B04. It's spacious, has a desk, and is far enough away from the staircase and bathrooms to not deal with the noise.
The rooms on the third floor facing the street are decent too, but the balcony in front of them are accessible to everyone so everyone can look into your room if you have the blinds open, which isn't ideal.
Overall, I'd say my stay was kinda mediocre, mostly because I expected better. For a few nights, it's not a bad place.
no hot water at all, even hot water coming some times exteremley hot. so dirty bathroom and room, lots of noise from street and rooms door when open and closing. i couldnt sleep at all and second day she changed my room. and i am asking my money back as i send message to you and i have some photos and videos.
Generally clean, but still under construction. Close to nice areas, but street itself is noisy. Also mostly men staying here. A bit of a frat house vibe.

The room has a shared bathroom, and it’s cold in there. So if you want to have a shower in the morning you are going to be freezing.
The establishment provided me with a towel with more holes than fabric. When I requested an exchange, the front desk lady told me in a very rude manner that "all towels were in that shape", I once again had to request an exchange and she very dismissive gave me an old grimmy Disney Princess towel emphasizing that she wouldn't exchange any other towels and that was going to be mine until the end of my stay. The bathrooms are not clean at all, there was excess hair in the drain and it wouldn't allow the water to evacuate. The room itself was adequate for the price but everything else made the experience regrettable.

Everything was great but the only thing was that my first night there was no water on the second and third floor, therefore there was only one available bathroom and shower located on the 1st floor.

The place is okay. You get what you pay for. Internet sucks and the guy who worked the front desk was not friendly at all. The place is nice and neat. Location is great close to everything. If they can fix their internet it would be much much better
It’s almost like a horror story. The room assigned to me was on the top floor and you could feel the scorching Mexican heat emanating from the ceiling. The windows were bolted shut and the fan is only given to you for 2 hours a day. The staff will knock at your door in the middle of the night and tell you your 2 hour fan allocation is up and the other guest needs it. The three floors have no banisters on stairwell and it could be really slippery. There common restrooms were shut closed and only one working restroom on the ground floor works. The mosquitoes were out of control and the wifi only works on the ground floor. I had to get out of there after 2 nights. Expedia had to intervene just to help me out
