Friendly Staff. If you need a taxi, don’t get the hotel services is 5 times more expensive than a uber or taxi. BART (metro) station is 10 mins walking distance.

My experience was unique all the staff was asome. The property was clean all thw time. Rooms very clean. I didn't like the pillows, they are old and not confortable. Also all.thw towels are old also and the towls are fraying.

Overall satisfied. Second time booking it when im visiting Mexico City. Metro and bus stations are nearby that you can walk. And since they are built next to the shopping center. You really don't have to get out of the building to grab a bite or watch a movie. Lastly since the parking is underground, im very comfortable parking my vehicle since its secured.
