Las instalaciones no están mal en cuento a las recámaras la atención es muy buena el único detalle es que los aires acondicionados en varios cuarto no sirven y siempre hay un olor a humedad y caño muy fuerte, nos cambiaron de habitación pero en la nueva después de un ratito de encendido el aire comenzó de nuevo un olor terrible.

Yo reservé para un hotel que estuviera cerca del área de hospitales y me mandaron hasta cerca de la central de abastos, cosa que a mí me mortifica muchísimo porque eran casi 250 pesos, cada viaje de ida y 250 de venida traje a mi hija al Instituto nacional de Cardiologia, y la verdad no era un hotel que estuviera cerca Por eso solamente estuve en la noche y quedaron de reembolsarme las demás Noches, lo cual hasta el momento no ha ocurrido

El check in tardó más de lo prometido por el hotel, tuve que insistir 3 veces y fue hasta las 3:30 que lo hicieron, los pasillos sucios, toallas insuficientes para las 3 personas que registré, la cortina de la regadera no estaba y tardaron en llevarla, se mojó todo el baño y no ofrecieron secarlo. El personal muy amable. Pero la habitación que nos asignaron se me hizo muy pequeña, olía muy fuerte a comida y moho, el espacio de la regadera en el baño, es muy pequeño. Los olores a mariscos es muy fuerte y durante toda la noche huele a comida... me costó trabajo dormir. La máquina de venta casi no tiene productos. Los alimentos realmente sabrosos... pero hay poco espacio en el restaurant y tuve que hacer una espera de 40 minutos para poder ocupar una mesa.
