This place has a lot of charm as it was converted from a vintage 1920s store into an elegant contemporary hotel. The rooms are spacious and comes with a kitchenette which is much appreciated for a location this close to the historic centre.

The room was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and kind. We stayed five nights and found this to be an excellent area for walking around the historic area. The vintage elevator was a bit loud at night but added charm and character for the setting. I would stay here again!

excellent location, easy and convenient to go around, minutes walk away from Constitution Plaza and tourist attractions around. Hotel receptionists are very friendly and polite. Hot water flow is too small, it could be too hot or suddenly too cold, there is no body soap.

The area was walkable to lots of places, it was comfortable and spacious, while also having a nice courtyard. However, the street there had a lot of noise in the early morning (5:30a) for a Saturday. Even though the windows were closed they were so thin that it seemed open. Not a good place if you're a light sleeper.

You need to book this excellent stay!!!

This hotel is excellent and in the best location. Rooms are spacious and more like apartments with a kitchen, dining room, walk-in closet, etc. William and Jose Luis are always around to take care of your needs, as well as to provide security to the property and all guests. Carmen is a delight to speak with, and is there to help you throughout your stay. The staff is wonderful at giving recommendations, directions, and fixing any issues promptly. My family and I will be returning to this property in the future. I highly recommend Casa Herrmann Suites. You will not be disappointed!

One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in Mexico. Location is perfect and Security is top tier! Rooms have been upgraded and are a decent size. I had no major problems with the room. Anything minor was handled before i got back to my room. They do not do room keeping so if you need it everyday you must let them know when you check in or let the front desk know before you leave. Other than that this has been one of my best stays in all of Mexico! Definitely booking here again!

Perfection!

My stay at Casa Herrmann suites was perfect. It was in a great location near Zócalo, the suite was extremely clean, and the staff were wonderfully helpful. Mauricio and Brian worked the front entrance and were always ready to provide help. Carmen knew every detail about the rooms and made sure my stay was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about how helpful Alejandra was with orienting me to the area, providing suggestions for restaurants and answering questions about Mexico City. Each of them made my stay so comfortable and inviting that I will absolutely stay there again when I’m in Mexico City. I highly recommend Casa Herrmann Suites and the wonderful staff who made my week stay so comfortable and perfect.

Our room was wonderful. Very spacious, well designed, and clean. The staff was not so welcoming. I had clearly made reservation for two people, but my partner arrived 4 days after me. On multiple occasions I was told by the staff that I had to pay extra when my partner arrived. I refused but this made my stay very uncomfortable. They also were stingy with the towels saying that the laundry had not arrived so I never got more than one towel even though I was there for 7 night.
