There was a problem with the water wing shut off for several hours on Valentine’s Day. We walked around the city all day and when we got to the hotel to shower to get ready for our Valentine’s Day dinner reservation we weren’t able to shower.

I booked this property based on attractive photos and affordability, but the reality was completely different. I will not stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. While the location and price may seem appealing, the issues below far outweigh any benefits. 1. Structural Safety Concerns I was staying here during the January 2, 2026 earthquake. The unit suffered significant damage: drywall tore open, lights and pictures fell, and X-shaped cracks appeared in the walls. Local friends of mine who work in architecture stated this type of cracking indicates serious structural instability and advised me to leave immediately. Multiple locals confirmed this level of damage is not normal. I have photos documenting the condition. 2. Undisclosed Construction Major construction is ongoing on multiple floors and the rooftop, with loud drilling and jackhammering from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. The noise is extreme, vibrates throughout the building, and was never disclosed prior to booking. 3. Poor Cleanliness The room was not properly cleaned and had visible blood stains and other unsanitary marks on the walls. 4. Misleading Service Policies For stays under 15 days, no towel changes, linen changes, bath mats, or replenished toiletries are provided unless you pay extra. This was not clearly disclosed. 5. Poor Communication The property was extremely difficult to reach, even after multiple attempts and Expedia’s involvement. Final Recommendation AVOID THIS PLACE!

Positivo: -Lugar (Ubicació) -Económico -Amplio el departamento -Todos los servicios, incluyendo refrigerador, microondas, utensilios, etc. Negativo: -Mucho ruido, si el vecino de alado hace cualquier cosa, se escucha, nos quedamos en el piso 2, arriba si brincan, se escucha, todos los días en las mañanas, hacen trabajos como de carpintería o remodelación y se escucha peor. -El agua de la regadera en caliente máximo, sale tibia. -No hay calefacción solo una que no funciona al 100% qué es calentador de aceite, se apaga cada rato -Las cortinas se abren si no les pones algo. -El asensor es como que nuevo pero todo tiene unicel -Pintan afuera las paredes del pasillo del departamento y huele bastante a pintura -El guardia, dios mio, no había visto a alguien que estuviera muy enojado de donde trabaja y 0000% atención al cliente, parece que lo que le preguntas y te dice, el te está haciendo un favor. -En si, no hay mucha información llegando, ni sabes donde tomar el elevador, preguntas y se enojan, cada rato que sales, quieren que hagas check out en bitácora como si ya te fueras a ir. Conclusión: Si quieren excelente ubicación y costos bajos, adelante. Si quieren un poco más de atención, no pasar frío o calor y no les preocupa el ruido, adelante.
