Nos encantó nuestra experiencia en el hotel, estuvimos 8 noches y en toda la estancia todo salió perfecto, quedamos gratamente sorprendidos porque habiamos leído algunos malos comentarios pero todo salió, muy bien, las sábanas y las toallas estaban nuevas, nos hacían limpieza día por media (y hasta nos daban nuevas botellas de agua día pro medio) el agua caliente y la presión del agua estuvo increíble, y aunque la habitación no tiene A/C no lo necesitamos porque tiene una ventana donde se refresca la habitación. Nos guardaron las maletas antes del check in y después del check out y el personal excedió nuestras expectativas, especialmente el recepcionista de la noche, fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación inmejorable, a una cuadra y media una estación del metro y hacía la otra dirección muchos lugares para desayunar. Me volvería a quedar sin duda alguna.

Mi estancia fue agradable, la habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones. Lo único malo es que los pasillos están oscuros y únicamente se enciende la luz con el movimiento, pero tardan en encender y no se ve nada. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien

La atención por parte de una de las recepcionistas es muy mala, estuve 3 dias 2 noches y nunca me quisieron hacer limpieza, me dijeron que no aplicaba, estuve en habitación de luxe sólo me cambiaron las toallas súper tarde y no me querían dar shampoo ni burbujas para el jacuzzi

The staff was really rude , i got charge 200 pesos just to let my friend went to the bathroom because the restrooms in the reception didn't work they were outhl of service, the inside of the hotel had a really bad smell and also let dont let you donthe check in untill 3pm , even if you paid more to do it 1 hrs earlier.

Dos paradas de metro cerca, bastante tranquilo el lugar. Las habitaciones son amplias, la cama cómoda. Hubo cosas que no me agradaron, el primer día no pasaron a hacer limpieza, la hacen después de las 2pm así que si estás allí no pasan. El baño y la regadera estaban sucios y descuidados. Te cobran todo, hasta una taza de agua caliente. La televisión no tiene control, a menos que dejes un documento.

Reservamos dos habitaciones. En ambas había cucarachas. Se les indicó esto para que fueran a resolverlo y jamás subieron a ver qué sucedía. Cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron que el aseo general era diario y en los 3 días que estuvimos ahí, jamás pasaron a limpiar; tuvimos que buscar a los de limpieza para darles la basura que teníamos. Muy sucio, las sábanas con cabellos… pero el problema de las cucarachas fue lo peor. Pésima experiencia

I do not recommend staying for consecutive nights
Although I was planning to stay for 4 nights, the hotel only provided towels for one day. When I asked the front desk, they refused to open the basement because there was no cleaning staff.And there is no hair dryer. Although the room is clean, there is no coordination between the front desk staff and the cleaning staff.
