Parking isn’t taken of by hotel, and if you lose ticket you gotta pay a third party -the company that runs the mall-. I also experienced a misunderstanding with the fee for the night I stayed, which was resolved quickly but only after I pointed it out.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional. We have stayed here several times and have not experienced this type of service before. We reserved hotel rooms for my family and me to celebrate Christmas and a joyful moment went away pretty fast. My wife's phone went missing and the staff here made a huge excuse about what happened and never provided evidence which makes me think they were covering up the entire situation.

Everything was great. However, it is difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot. You have to know that you have to enter the shopping mall parking lot and then go down to the second floor. There should be some signs.

Everything went fine, first time at this location. The only thing that I could find was, that the a/c wasn’t working. Didn’t needed on my stay but, just saying. I definitely will come back.

I really enjoyed every minute of our recent stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed linens were heavenly. I loved the friendly service by everyone from the desk to the restaurant all the way to the hospitality crew. The food was excellent and room service was perfect. I will definitely be returning and make this my go to when in Mexico City.

Era algo confuso como encender las luces en habitscion. Instalaciones bien y muy limpia pero no me esperaba pagar por estacionamiento (fue 60 pesos por noche el estacionamiento que esta en esa misma plaza)
