"Here’s a polished review you can post: I always enjoy staying at the Grand Hotel Tijuana. Every visit is a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and consistently provides outstanding service. The staff throughout the hotel are amazing, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Victor, the hotel manager, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize the Grand Club staff for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, the entire experience was outstanding. The excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail make this hotel my preferred place to stay whenever I visit Tijuana. Highly recommended!"
