Wonderful restaurant with excellent food and free breakfast. Room was small but ceiling very high which made feel more spacious that it's square feet would suggest. Very historic hotel. AC was excellent and could handle the heat of Mexicali in May. We had a view of the pedestrian border crossing coming from and going to the USA. Felt very safe relative to a down town location with tons of police in the local area.

The hotel restaurant is very good!! Food is always tasty and service is outstanding. The front desk (reception) staff are friendly and actually respond to questions in a positive manner. Room was CLEAN! That matters. Management is receptive and accommodating.

As they say it is what it is. It's just an old hotel. The staff will make up for it because they are very friendly and helpful. It's also located a very noisy area. There's not much they can do about it. Again, it is what it is.

AC worked great. Room was fine. Food was tasty. Elevator was not working, had to walk up to the 3rd floor which was difficult for me. The next morning we were moved to a suite on a lower floor with stairs that had a handrail. This was much appreciated as the main stairs have no handrail.

A nosotros nos gusta llegar a este hotel es sencillo no encontrarás lujos pero cumple con todo lo que uno busca en una estadía agradable. Cuenta con un restaurante sus platillos muy deliciosos y preparan las tortillas a mano. La zona es de Doctores y farmacias venimos en plan de salud y para ir al consultorio del Doctor no batallamos con los taxis porque el hotel cuenta con sus taxis de sitio seguros.

Habitación limpia, sábanas, toallas limpias y oliendo muy bien. El personal excelente. Opciones de desayuno suficientes. Sólo al entrar la habitación tenía un aroma a cigarro, lo cual en mi caso me parece un aroma muy desagradable. De ahí en fuera todo bien.
