I been staying at that hotel for many years, and always been so happy with the service and hospitality and most of all the food, but this time I found out they took all of that away!! So it just became like any other hotel, nothing special about it, so I think I’ll find me something similar to what it used to be, with great food and hospitality as well , I might stay again but it won’t be my priority anymore!!

I reported for 3 times an issue with night table, no one fixed so I was disappointed with that cause it’s not cheap the rooms and they don’t have not even a refrigerator or microwave to use them. So it’s ok staff was nice

Great renovation although the ACs make a lot of noise. I had to use ear plugs. The beds are comfortable and the value was good.

Stayed Sat through Monday to attend a family wedding nearby . The service was excellent busboys were very helpful polite efficient. No complaints about the service . The bathroom lights were very dim and low my head hit the top of the overhead there were no suficiente ventilation in the restroom. The room did have a distinct Odor ? Somewhat like sewer and mold the building itself is very old it has been renovated but still distinctive smell really bothered me since I’m sensitive to smell. Other then that if you need to stay for a short period this morning place will suit you.

Room AC only worked at times. Hotel has just one elevator and no stairs for guests, so it's always packed and very slow — you have to ride up to other floors to pick up other guests before you can get to the lobby. Made for a frustrating stay.
