"Das Nuki-System an der Tür war nicht korrekt angebracht. Es war eher Glück, dass sich die Tür überhaupt öffnen ließ. Bei einem der Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung, sodass er nicht benutzt werden konnte. Im Badezimmer war die Nutzung des Föhns nahezu lebensgefährlich: Das Kabel war beschädigt, die Isolierung teilweise offen, und der Stecker hing lose aus der Wand. "I’m staying at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf for my second week and have really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the sauna and swimming pool are great. A special thank you to Airi at reception. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her warm welcome and support have made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."
