「The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I only got to stay for one day. Will definitely go back.」

「Le petit buffet du matin et la propreté de la chambre.」

「Cool location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable room.」

「Terra Dell’Etna was a great place to stay! Wonderful location, comfy bed, great shower, and a great kitchen! Cristiano is a wonderful host, kind and very friendly. He was quick to help in any way! 」

「Clean and tidy, comfortable, high ceilings, convenient location, helpful host, with private parking.」

「Good location」

「Immaculate property. Right in the heart of things, but no street noise. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nicest place we stayed in Scicily by a mile.」

「Nice place」

「Lovely b&b in stunning old building. Nice room with terrace. Responsive staff when we had a problem. Parking outside the front. 」

「Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our first contact with the hostel was an offer for their taxi service, but we received no useful information about check-in or arrival. They also tried to charge us for a large taxi, even though we had clearly stated that our family would fit in a regular car. The airport transfer was the worst part. 「地區旺中帶靜，很方便。工作人員很有禮，很熱心幫忙。房間很大，設備齊全。早餐很多選擇。服務很好。20分鐘車程可到達機場。」

「Lovely, creatively decorated room, and staff were attentive and helpful. Need to go up one set of steps before lift.」

「Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.」

「Das Zimmer hat eine hervorragende Lage. Es war sehr sauber und bequem 😊 Der Check in war easy. Außerdem sind Andrea und Valeria sehr hilfsbereit.」

「Airconditioning had to be turned off when not in the room but it says airconditioning. There was no airconditioning in the house and it was extremely hot inside. Regardless of not marking your food items my food was stolen twice and I didn't get much help from staff.」

「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」
