"Our stay was for 2 nights. We had to change rooms due to key not working then into a uncleaned room finally the 3rd was ok. The gap on the front door didn’t make us comfortable, you could literally look into the room and us to the hall The rooms smelled as if people had smoked in them and all spray housekeeping uses is too much.,To suppress the smell. We asked for toilet paper never received any. So we went out to buy our own😡 the young lady housekeeper didn’t seem to want to help by any means after asking her 3xs for some. All in all bad experience"

"Shower wasn’t good. Hot water not really hot. Shower head needs to be cleaned. Pool area, hot tub didn’t work. Water looked cloudy. Won’t return to this location. "
