「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」

「Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. 」

There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. Le fait d’amener le petit dej dans un sac de courses est un peu embêtant. Pourquoi pas le ramener bien présenté? Pourquoi aussi un croissant pas frais et des confitures miel etc dans ces ignobles petites portions en plastique alors que le lait est excellent de même que le pain et (le 1er jour le jambon). 「The staff were excellent, really helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was light and relatively spacious, apart from the kitchen and bathroom facilities being somewhat squashed together. Pretty clean, apart from some finger marks on cupboards. Television had a good range of streaming platforms. Downsides for us might be ups for others. The bed was very hard and pillows initially supplied very flat. The hosts quickly provided more for us. The bathroom arrangement was weird...

「Had a great 4 night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. On leaving and arriving at airport, I realised I had left car keys in safe deposit box. One quick call and two minutes later keys were on way in a taxi. Arrived 25mins later and driver wouldn't take a cash tip. All very helpful and obliging. Seville is a great city to visit」
