"Large modern hotel with a pool in a back packers town. Very comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Wonderful shuttle service to town center. (Walking can take 20 min on uphill terrain). Excellent front desk service. For unclear reason no hot water in the shower in the morning. Worked well the evening before. "

"Plus: Hotel was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was tasty and healthy, room was big, shower was roomy, staff was super nice and friendly. Only minus: shower head was quite cheap and flimsy and water pressure was a bit low, so the showers weren’t amazing. But this is an easy fix. Overall: Would come back!"

"The checkin was really chaotic. I had a hard time finding it as there is no sign and it is located away from the main road, down a dark alley and behind a couple of rows of sketchy residential buildings. Then, nobody was there so I needed to text or call some numbers but I fot no answer. Not to mention that I don't normally carry an eSim meaning that I would've been stuck otherwise. In any case, I went back to the front door and a lady peeked her head from a balcony above and eventually let me in. She did not want to give me the room at first arguing the price was too low even after showing my Expedia confirmation. After a fair amount of threats and much pleading, I could access the room. I think I can blame the language barrier and renowned "western georgian" culture for some of it but that does not excuse the rude attitude. Apart from that, I had no problem. New venue, clean, was offered a breakfast on the second morning, quite affordable... On the downside, quite bizarrely located as mentionned..."

"Hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. But breakfast was very ordinary. No fruits. Coffee machine did not work. They did not have any bread only Georgian bread was available. Giorgi was very friendly but he only works in the restaurant but not at the breakfast area. The other staff were not very friendly. Hotel is in a beautiful location "
