「We were only there one night but the room was excellent. The fitness center and pool are very nice. Having starbucks and a restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient. We booked this hotel because it was next door and connected via skywalk to the Ford Center. Only complaint I had was trying to get a late check out. 「We had an amazing stay this past weekend! We got upgraded to a larger room, which was huge! The bathroom was so clean, the room was perfect!! I asked for extra items and got them very quickly and with nice smiles. Every staff member we encountered was nice and friendly. We swam and the pool was clean with plently of pool towels! The breakfast was a hit for 2 mornings! What a great value for us to fill up on breakfast which made us ready to go out and explore quicker. Will definitely be staying...
