Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön direkt am Hennesee und hat viele (kostenpflichtige) Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Zimmer sogar 1 Stunde eher beziehen. Die Zimmer mit Terrasse sind schön groß, allerdings waren die Möbel teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt. Auch war die Zimmerausstattung nicht immer gleich. So fehlten zB Sitzkissen für draußen, ein kleines Handtuch oder das kleine Kit im Bad. Hinzu kam, dass die Zimmer leider auch nicht wirklich sauber waren. Der Wellnessbereich war dann ganz katastrophal. Alt, abgenutzt und teilweise wie zB der Whirlpool außer Funktion. Es gibt nich eine Sauna und ein Caldarium, beide waren in Betrieb. Die Liegen waren klapprig und die darauf liegenden Kissen durchgewetzt und mit Löchern. Die wenigen verbliebenen Vorhänge hängen traurig und schmutzig herunter. Kleiner Tipp an das Hotel: Dann lieber ganz weglassen. Auch wäre so manche dreckige Ecke besser unentdeckt geblieben. Insgesamt war der Bereich leider nicht nur optisch weit entfernt von Wellness. Die drei vergebenen Sterne gehen somit an: das Personal, das Frühstück und vor allem die Aussicht bzw. Lage

Voor een 4 sterren hotel vonden we de accommodatie niet luxe. Het restaurant gedeeld was echt oubollig en verouderd. Ons appartement was ook echt verouderd, badkamer was lichtelijk verschimmeld en het tapijt in de kamer vol vlekken. En dat we moesten betalen voor het parkeren past eigenlijk niet bij de prijs die we hebben betaald vinden we.

Insgesamt ein toller Ort für unser Familientreffen. Leider war die Bar dienstags geschlossen, aber wir bekamen in der Lobby Getränke & einen herzlichen Service.

Das Bad in meinem Zimmer war nicht so richtig sauber. Es gab noch vier lange dunkle Haare von meinem Vorgänger/in. Nach der ersten Zimmerreinigung waren die Haare aber auch nicht verschwunden. Und mein versehentlich verschüttetes Waschgel auf dem Waschtisch halt auch. Saubergemacht wurde da jedenfalls nicht. Am zweiten Tag ist dann gar keine Zimmerreinigung mehr gekommen 😒 Das Serviceverhalten des Personals hat es jetzt auch nicht rausgerissen. Am ersten Nachmittag auf der Terasse habe ich zwanzig Minuten gewartet bis endlich mal jemand kam, obwohl nichts los war. Selbstbedienung im Biergarten. Man musste durch einen dunklen Kellereingang an der Spülküche vorbei und konnte die Getränke dann dort in der Bar holen bzw. kaufen. Die Preise waren dann aber auf 4-Sterne-Niveau ... der Rest aber eher weniger 🤔

Leuke uitvalsbasis om het Sauerland te verkennen, echter geen airco op de kamer en het is allemaal wat gedateerd op de kamer. Het restaurant en ontbijt is goed. Op het buitenterras is er een mooi overzicht over het meer.

Fabelhafte Umgebung, beim Einchecken eine wundervolle total liebe Mitarbeitern (polnisch sprechend) , Essen super lecker, die ganze Anlage sehr sehr sauber. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war der Whirlpool der außer Betrieb war, das war Schade. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder. Monika Wieczorek
