「The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not...
