"The mattress in our room 115 needs to be replaced, I woke up every morning with a sore lower back, I could hear the springs catch and then spring loose when I changed position. Staff was friendly, the hotel itself is a bit dated but very clean. The continental breakfast was decent. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Overall for the price it was good, just wished the mattress was better."

"The area is not bad. They charge you a $40 CASH deposit but only return $30 because they take $10 for housekeeping, but they never come. I stayed 2 days. They have a long list of DO NOT's, for instance, if you don't take out your own trash, you dont get your deposit back. If you dont return the one key they give you, they say no deposit. The room was not properly cleaned. Food was still in refrigerator, used soap in the tub and hair. There was a big hole in the wall in the bath room. My key stopped working,so she took my key and never gave me"

"Our check in was okay. I had read reviews initially and they were good so I booked this hotel. It was a good location for what we wanted. Just before arriving I looked at the reviews again. One said that there was dog poop all over. I only saw one pile in the rocks but there was definitely a dog poop smell. Another review mentioned seeing a drug deal happening. That could very well be. However, after getting to our room we left again for a bit and saw a family out for a walk. The dad did seem to have his head on a swivel but they were out for a walk??? There was another review that said there was not hot water for a shower, so I checked for hot water that evening. There was hot water, and yet the next morning no hot water. We had VERY COLD showers. There was no blow dryer in the room. I requested one and they brought it. When I went to use it, it didn’t work. They did bring another one. The staff was very nice, cleanliness wasn’t horrible in the room. There was a strong odor of some sort of cleaner; maybe covering up something??, The property definitely needs some attention. Carpets in hallways were old and dirty, but the room had hard surface floor so I think that was a good thing. We won’t be staying here again. "
