「GREAT little hotel!!! Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Typical hotel water pressure, but wonderfully deep bathtubs. Amazing staff (especially Barbara). Would have liked to have a microwave in the room, but the mini fridge came in handy. Great balcony. Overall... worth every penny and WILL stay again.」

「I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again」

「Rooms are clean, well decorated and modern but not my thing. Not a fan of the “doorless shower” the floor still ended up wet. The area is very noisy but thats not the fault of the property owners. Check in is at the bar with was odd but well handled. Parking is not adequate enough.. 」

「This is a new and modern hotel, clean, bright and appealing. I chose to stay on the east end of Albuquerque for ease of travel out of town the next morning. It was close to gas stations which was helpful and easy to access from I40 but quiet too. They had a security fence and gate around the property so I had zero worries about my car filled with snow-bird belongings. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and comfortable mattress. The breakfast was hot and...

「We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. 」
