The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!」

「Amazing property, close to the city, easy parking. Laundry room available. Very convenient. The only thing was some dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived. We cleaned everything for our use. 」

「What an amazing property. So close (2-4 min) walk to 3 Christmas markets. Close to over 10 restaurants and walking distance to free tram. The beds were so comfortable, we got great sleep. Overall best place to stay」

Improvement suggestions: bag storage for before and after the stay, a second duvet, advance option of requesting late-check out with clear guidance of additional costs, and also clear guidance before booking that cleaning isn’t included for free」

「Dieses Hotel wurde von den jetzigen Betreibern erst vor zwei Wochen übernommen. Entsprechend sah es aus ! Es gab keinen Pool , keinen Shop, keine Bar. Alles , aber auch alles war geschlossen!!! Wir bekamen zu guter Letzt zwar ein schönes Zimmer, aber auch erst nach zwei Anläufen. So stelle ich mir einen Urlaub nicht vor. Lobend erwähnen muss man allerdings die ausgesprochene Höflichkeit der Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Sie taten uns richtig leid! Trotzdem finde ich den Preis , den wir gezahlt haben,...

「Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Les indications pour accéder aux clés étaient claires et bien expliquées dans le document. L’appartement est vraiment parfait : propre, bien équipé et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre est impeccable et l’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une petite épicerie. La seule chose un peu compliquée a été l’échange concernant le paiement des frais de nettoyage, mais sinon tout était excellent.」

「Samt alles sehr schlecht. Um 14:03 Uhr kam die Meldung, dass es ein Problem mit der Wohnung gibt und wir nicht in die Wohnung können. Alles weitere hat sich danach nur noch ins negative gezogen. Ein Horror mit 3 Kleinkindern!」
