Leider war das Personal äußerst genervt von Rückfragen, oder bei dem Wunsch etwas zu bestellen. Eine der Bedienungen trug einen Mullverband an der Hand und servierte mit dieser Essen, sehr unhygienisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als enttäuschend. Die Auswahl sehr gering und mit dem Nachfüllen kam der Service auch überhaupt nicht hinterher. Der Zimmerservice fand prinzipiell erst nach 15:00 Uhr statt, wenn überhaupt. Der Umgang mit dem Personal durch die Inhaber war leider sehr abwertend. Die Zimmer an sich sind schön, wir würden allerdings definitiv nicht zurückkommen, aus den genannten Gründen.

Zum zeit des Aufenthalts wurde im Hotel gebaut , was den Aufenthalt beeinflusste. Leider musste auch in der Nacht das Zimmer getauscht werden

Entspannender Aufenthalt

Zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Trier, Luxemburg und das Moseltal. Super Küche. Menü mit begleitenden Weinen vom eigenen Weingut ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Great time in a lovely location

The hotel is in a beautiful location and has lovely, big rooms. The front desk really helped us out after a misunderstanding and were very generous in giving us an upgrade. We ate at the restaurant and the food was fantastic, with their own wine delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was equally good.

Dejligt hotel i hjertet af Mosel, tæt på Trier og nær vinstokke og natur. Pæn og velholdt hotel med venligt personale. Restaurationen var en lille skuffelse, og mad og lidt mangelfuld viden og hjælp til vinen.
