Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iyiydi. Baya yardımcı oluyorlar ama binada tadilat vardı oda içerisinde çalışmayan priz ve banyoda lavabo musluğu yerinden oynuyordu. Duşa kabinin de camı kırıktı.

Sheetless in Seattle, İ mean Mercin

Mosquitos and no sheets. Like many places in Eastern Turkey but nowhere else I know of, there is no top sheet and no blanket, just a throw too short to cover me from foot to neck which I needed because the cleaning crew had left the screen less windows open and there were mosquitos in the room. The included breakfast was pre- wrapped, cold, and no eggs

Otele girmemiz ve çıkmamız 5 dk oldu

Yastıklarda kıllar ve inanılmaz ağırsamış kokular vardı. Yorganlar ve yastıklar sararmıştı artık. Odanın içinde ağırsamış bir koku hakimdi. Asansör düşmeye yüz tutmuş 1 m2 lik kabindi. Odayı 5. Kat verdiler ama 4. Kata kadar çıkıyor ve bir katta yürünüyordu. Otopark zaten hak getire. İnanılmaz tenha bir caddede yer alıyordu ve arabamızı bırakmakta içimizden hiç gelmedi. Otele girmemizle çıkmamız bir oldu

Oda kültablası gibi kokuyordu .

Ozellikle sigarasiz icilmeyen oda dedim ama parayı ödeyip odaya çıktık odada ki sigara kokusu berbattı.Her odada iciliyor yapacak bir şey yok dediler .Sabaha kadar pencere açık uyuduk.Asansòr berbat tak diye duruyor .Kısaca gördüğüm en berbat oteldi.

Chi ci ha accolti non parla inglese ma ha fatto in modo che si potesse comunicare. Ho notato l'impegno dei gestori (fratello soprattutto)a fare in modo che tutto funzionasse per il meglio. Colazione ottima con patate più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere è certamente migliorabile, inoltre chi ha riordinato la camera ha buttato le ciabatte di cortesia che avevamo riposto nella parte bassa dell'armadio ed alcuni sacchetti che utilizziamo per scarpe e vestiti da lavare mentre viaggiamo, non lo trovo corretto, cmq abbiamo richiesto ciabatte e sacchetti, ci sono stati prontamente dati. È triste dare un voto basso per questo, anche perché ha molto potenziale questa struttura. Questo mio appunto vuole essere una critica migliorativa. Camere spaziose e posizione ottima. Avrei preferito camera non fumatori come da richiesta ma probabilmente non era disponibile. Grazie per il vostro impegno

Otopark var yazıyodu o yüzden tercih ettim ama yoktu. Örtüler, havlular vs lekeli gibiydi ama pis değildi. Kahvaltı yapmadık o yüzden yorum yapamıyorum.

Otelin konumu merkezi. Sanırım en büyük artısı bu. Çalışanların tavrı normal. Ancak odanın özellikle lavabonun temizliği kötüydü. İlk gün gözden kaçmıştır belki dedim ama ikinci gün banyodaki havlular değiştirildiğinde de fark etmemişler. Lavabo hala kirli ve tozluydu. Ayrıca banyo soğuk çünkü oda klimayla ısıtılıyor. Soğukluk ve temizlik konusunda hassassanız düşünmenizi öneririm

Evden çevrilmiş bir otel gibi. Çok küçük bir ön ofis (çokta sorun değil yeterli) . Verilen oda köşe ve geniş. Banyo da armatürlerde kırılmış musluk vardı. Bu tip aksak yerlerin anında tamir edilmesi iyi olur. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil. Kahvaltı tabağında klasik bir kahvaltı. Ama konaklama ile ilgili herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşılmadı. Cok kotu bir deneyimdi odanin temiz oldugunu soylemelerine ragmen midemiz kalka kalka kaldik banyo gideri sac doluydu. Resepsiyondaki kisi bize nerdeyse zar zor konustu hic sevmedim tavsiye etmiyorum. Konum olarak cok iyi ama ortam olmamis.
