We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect.

Hell is better

The hotel has let me wait till 3:30 pm and didnt afford me a room. So many managers but none is effective. They cant run a front desk properly.

Located away from anything of interest. Calling it a spa hotel is a bit of a stretch, given it is full of noisy kids, screaming their lungs off till late at night and the bar-in-the-name-only does not even sell wine or beer, not to mention a ton of annoying regulations at the spa itself (pointless swimming caps, limited facilities in the 'family' area of the spa - or what in a normal spa would be, well, the normal area where you can enjoy yourself with your partner). The only redeeming feature really was the food, which was hugely varied and truly delicious.

Otelde bir çok defa konakladık. Otel tamamen dolu olduğunda restoran ve genel alanlar ne yazık ki yetersiz oluyor. Havuzda şezlong bulmakta zorlanıyoruz. Konaklayacaksanız hafta sonu yerine hafta içi konaklamaları tercih edebilirsiniz. Onun dışında hizmet temizlik ve servis oldukça iyiydi. Sadece kalabalıktan dolayı serviste aksamalar vardı. Bir de lobide koltuklarda ayakkabıları ile uzanan misafirleri keşke nazikçe uyarıp lobide uzanmamaları gerektiğini iletseniz. Ayakkabıları ile uzandıkları yerlere sonradan bizler oturmak zorunda kalıyoruz. Lobide çay kahve içerken de karşı koltukta uzanıp yatmış adamları görmek hoş olmuyor.

Receptionisten Sevgi!!!

Super service af personalet. Meget høflige, lige bortset fra Sevgi, en af resceptionisterne som får et flip over at jeg er blevet lovet et værelse til mine børn i nærheden af vores værelse efter kl 16. Hun blive ved at insistere på at der ingen værelse er af denne størrelse. Da jeg fastholder hvad hendes kollega har lovet mig, flipper hun ud og siger på tyrkisk at vi spilder hendes tid og siger til din kollega at hun må få rengøringspersonalet til at rengøre værelset for os, så vi kan få det. Det værelse som hun påstod ikke fandtes. Jeg forstod hende, og sagde også til hendes kollega, at hun på ingen måde kan tillade dig at råbe og skælde ud på den måde. Resten af personalet var meget venlige, høflige og imødekommende. Men Sevgi skiller sig desværre ud, og var meget uhøflig og med en mega kort lunte.

Een heel luxe hotel, vriendelijke personeel en alles was heel schoon. Enige wat jammer is is dat je niet All inclusieve kan boeken waardoor je tussen de middag ook snacks en drinken voor de kinderen kan halen. Voor de rest echt een prima hotel de kamers zijn heel luxe en schoon, de kidsclubs zijn heel gezellig en je kan je kinderen gerust achterlaten. Zeer vriendelijke personeel, je vraagt om iet en het is zo geregeld!
