Merriwa to a tee... this is found as you walk towards the info centre. Its a beautiful Country town in the northern Hunter Region. Farming Country. Large Sheep, Cattle and Horse properties. I just liked this.

Another divine looking church we discovered taking a wrong turn in a Country town, Merriwa. The minister was a lovely chap who saw we were taking a photo and offered us a guided tour inside. Unfortunately, time was short but we will be going back and having a tour another time. Just beautiful.
A metallic sculpture on the side of the tourist information building, representing the area's agricultural market. Well, that and wheat. This is where I grew up.

We stayed in room 10 aircon didn’t work properly. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Reception came to look fiddled around with it, didn’t help. We went back and told them, they said we can’t change rooms, even though it wasn’t booked out. The milk in the room was off and out of date. They have ...

THE BEDS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TWIN DOUBLES, BUT WE ONLY HAD TWIN SINGLES. THE TV WAS VERY POOR RECEPTION, BUT THE LOCATION WAS HANDY.
