"We were assigned a room with a toilet that would not flush. We reached out to staff -- within five minutes of entering the room -- and advised of the issue. After being unable to resolve the issue we were told that we'd have to changed rooms, but 15 minutes later were told there were no rooms, and the solution was to leave a plunger and tell us to repeatedly keep trying to flush and it would eventually work. We had checked in very late at night so we waited until the morning to deal with staff about how they would make this situation right (thankfully we were only staying one night), and the front desk said they were unable to offer any compensation (despite being told the evening before to talk to them in the morning). I had to insist that she show me the log documenting that they sent service and were unable to fix it as that was the only proof we had. There was no apology, and the front desk staff member was rude and dismissive.
Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms would have been sufficient had we had a working toilet, although the layout is a bit odd with the sink outside the main bathroom yet no towels rack/towels, et cetera, which makes the area pretty useless.
The entrance to the parking lot is difficult to spot late at night and poorly lit, although once you're in the main lot it is fine. "
