The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the quality of dinner service did not match the level I’d expect of a 5 star hotel.

We had a great time here, staff was helpful, room comfy and clean, great shower, breakfast very good, coffee could be better but you have a nespresso in the room too, spa was excellent and not very expensive, the warm pool was great to relax after getting a massage and the bar had fair prices. You do have to reserve a parking spot but they offer you parking in the casino next to the hotel if they’re full, i left my car by the curb anyway it seemed pretty safe. Would totally recommend

Muy buena estadía , es la cuarta vez que vamos a Merlo , nos tocaron días de lluvia por suerte en este hotel no hace falta salir Tenes todo , muy buena la atención en el spa , desayuno y snack . Es para volver y súper recomendable

Quiero que sepan que no se cumplió con lo escrito sobre la habitación y los servicios en ella.. la habitación era otra, más chica y no tenia bañera con hidromasaje y la vista era otra.. se explicó al hotel estas diferencias, pero ellos no lo solucionaron. Pido una satisfacción..
