The staff were incredible. From security, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be helpful with anything we needed. We stayed a week for my son’s wedding and it was very conveniently located to the mall and many local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also felt very safe, as you have to have scan your key and can only get off on your floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip to Mérida. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The property was nice and clean, it looked like a modern hotel. There was a mall and grocery store near by, the hotel was on the outskirts and the downtown was a little far away. It also seemed in a safe area.

I mentioned previously that all is good, big and comfy rooms. The breakfast some days better than others. The mattress is not good, it vibrates with the movement of your couple.

Enjoyed my stay! The room had everything I needed including a fully stocked kitchen. I was disappointed that the rooftop pool and bar was not staffed or used. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle with a certain radius and can arrange a taxi as well. It’s a little outside of the city but transportation is easy.
